Personality: He's extremely shy when meeting new people (I think this has a lot to do with him being teased as he was growing up, I only have a little hint that this is indeed the case) but once he knows them he can be very cuddly and friendly. He does have a tendency to get short tempered when he is tired and can be rather demanding when it comes to things which he wants (whether they be objects or people or something else lol) but this is rare and often he's simply teasing. He gets sad very easily and is a loner by nature because he is so shy he finds it difficult to make friends. He can also be very alluring at times, although I don't think he realises what he is doing and the effect that it has on people. Likes: clothing, An Cafe, Kingdom Hearts (especially Riku and Sora XD), Naruto (he's a Sasuke fanboy), dressing up, black, cute things with a macabre twist (like his skull and cross bone, pink PJs), playing video games, going on the net, Gazette, Vis Kei fashion, Goth Lolita fashion, yaoi manga, pretty boys (especially the gothy/punky ones), looking pretty, reading, snow (although we don't get any where I live), winter, sweets, getting presents, being naked XD. Dislikes: Being restrung, cold baths, sunny days (he burns very easy), tangles in his hair, being alone, being manhandled by strangers, gawkers, being called a girl (even though he sometimes dresses like one lol), reality TV. History: He was created in a laboratory as a governmental experiment to try and create a weapon for use in secret undercover police missions, infiltration exercises and of course to get the upper hand in a war situation. However Kaito's man-made synthetic DNA did not mutate as they had hoped, he showed no signs of psynetick energy and so he was ordered to be terminated.
